It is brought to the notice of CHQ that, new Inspectors entered in the cadre and few regular IPs and ASPs have not filled up and submitted their membership forms through their Circle Secretaries to DDOs, hence their monthly subscription is said to be not deducted from their pay and allowances.

All IPs and ASPs are requested to confirm their enrollment by the end of April 2013 and all Circle Secretaries are also requested to ensure cent percent membership of their circles.
