Directorate acknowledged Association's correspondence...

During the course of visit to the Postal Directorate from 23/9/2013 to 25/9/2013 various issues were discussed in length with concerned authorities. 1.       Clarification sought by All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts.

2.       Minutes of the meeting taken by Member (P) regarding restructuring of Inspector Posts Cadre.

3.       Merger / De-merger of IPO /IRM cadre minimum working experience about Postal / RMS wing before promotion to Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent cadre.

4.       Request for grant of Grade pay of Rs. 5400/- to the ASPs after completion of 4 years of regular service in GP of Rs. 4800/- earned under MACP Scheme.

5.       Regarding issuance of repatriation orders in PS Gr. B cadre.

6.       Grant of honorarium to part time Inquiry Officers / Presenting Officers for conducting inquiries under Rule 10 of GDS (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2011 and revision of financial powers delegated to CPMG for sanction of the Honorarium.

7.       Revision of monetary ceiling of briefcase / ladies purse for official use.

8.       Issue of combined All India Seniority List of Inspectors, Posts from the year 1999-regarding.

9.       Non implementation of Modified Assured Career Scheme for Inspectors Posts / Asstt. Supdt. Posts Cadre in true spirit particularly in Uttarakhand and others in General.

10.   Non implementation of Modified Assured Career Scheme for Inspectors Posts / Asstt. Supdt. Posts Cadre in true spirit.

11.   Filing up of vacant posts of HSG-I (IP Line) cadre.

12.   Linking of repatriation of PS Group B officers to the current DPC
