In response to note dated 11/3/2014 published by GS on blog, CS Bihar & MP Circle have reported that today (12/3/2013) their Circle has submitted the requisite information to Directorate.
The reports from Chhattisgarh, UP, Uttarakhand, Delhi, J&K, Punjab, Gujarat & NE are awaited. CS and CHQ Office bearers of these circles and coordinators will speed up the work assigned to them.
All Circle Secretaries (Except Kerala Circle) are requested to get the copy of report submitted by their circle to Directorate in response to letter No. 25-35/2011-PE-I dated 21st January 2014 and send it to GS immediately. If their administration refused to give the copy, then get the same under RTI. This report is required to process our merger issue as well as at the time of preparation of memorandum to 7CPC.
