Skin care in summer


The summers are here, and it's crucial to take good care of your skin. 

The temperatures are soaring, and it is crucial that you take care of your skin. Here are some simple tips to help you: 

It is especially important during summer that you exfoliate your skin so that the dead skin is removed. There are many cosmetic scrubs available in the market to help you out. Follow it up by applying moisturizer. 

It is important to drink as much water as you can, which will make your skin stay soft and moisturized. 

No matter how inviting it seems, try and avoid aerated drinks. Since these drinks contain sugar, it might adversely impact your skin. Instead, go for fresh lime, aam panna (green mango drink),fresh fruit juices and coconut water. 

Cleanse your face at least twice a day. 

Eat a balanced diet and avoid outside food. Also, ensure at least half an hour's exercise everyday and it is equally important to sleep well. About eight hours of sleep will be great. 

There are many remedies to get rid of tan and it is advisable to go for the same. You can use gram flour mixed with yogurt and a few drops of lemon, apply it and leave it on your face till it is dry.
