Holding of DPC for promotion to the cadre of JTS Gr. A for the year 2014-15......updates

The copies of charge sheets / punishment orders issued to following 11 officers during last 10 years are required at Directorate for holding of DPC for the promotion to the cadre of JTS Gr. A for the year 2014-15. The copies of charge sheets / penalty orders are required to produce before UPSC.

3	V.R.Aravindakshan Nair	Kerala	Memo of charges under Rule 14 of CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 issued vide CPMG Memo No. VIG/17/CR/6/2014 dated 24.06.2014. The officer retired from service on 30.06.2014
4	Hanji Yimchunger	North-East	Officer while working as ASPOs, Kohima Sub-Division and thereafter ASPOs, O/o the DPS, Manipur Division, Imphal was punished with penalty of 'CENSURE' vide DPS Imphal Memo No. F/R-16/H. Yimchunger dated 05/7/2008. The punishment was reviewed by the then PMG, N.E. Region, Shillong and awarded the punishment of stoppage of next increment for a period of one year without cumulative effect vide Memo No. Vig/6/15/08 dated 03.06.2009
5	Pramod Kumar Gupta	Rajasthan	The officer has been placed under suspension w.e.f. 11.04.2012 and still under continuance suspension.Preparation of charge sheet is underway.
6	Bishan Lal Regar	Rajasthan	The officer was punished under Rule 16 of CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 with holding of one increment of pay due on 01.07.2014 for six months without cumulative effect.
7	A.R. Natarajan	Tamilnadu	1. Awarded Punishment ‘Censure’ vide Memo No. F1/Misc dated 30.03.2004 of SSPOs, Tambaram Division. 2. Increment of pay was withheld for 3 months vide Memo No. E2/OTA/05 dated 30.06.2005 of SSPOs, Tambaram Division. 3. Rule-14 case is pending. Chargesheeted vide Chief PMG, TN Circle vide Memo No. VIG/36-23/14 dated 13.08.2014.
8	Vinod Kumar Singh	Uttar Pradesh	FIR has been lodged against officer.
9	Rameshwar Dayal	Uttar Pradesh	Awarded punishment of Censure vide Memo No. Ek.Samanaya/ Nizampur/ Shri R. Dayal/ Anu./04.-05/Badaun dated 28.04.2004.
10	D.B. Tripathi	Uttar Pradesh	Awarded punishment of Censure vide SSPOs Gorakhpur Memo No. IR/Diary/Ni.Da.Kaudiram/ 07/ Gorakhpur dated 21/25 May, 2007
11	Chhotey Lal	Uttar Pradesh	A disciplinary case under Rule- 14 of CCS (CCA) Rules - 1965 is pending against the officer. Chargesheeted vide CO Lucknow File No. Vig/M-13-02/2013/1A

It is therefore requested to all members and officers working in Circle Offices to ensure the submission of requisite information to Directorate today itself by email and then send hard copies as usual by post. The information is already available in Circle Office. To get the result of DPC at the earliest, there is need of participation of each and every member of association.
