Minutes of Central Working Committee Meeting at Jaipur (Rajasthan)

            As notified, pre-conference Central Working Committee Meeting of the Association was held at Hotel Vesta International, Near Sun and Moon Chamber, Ajmer Pulia, Gopal Bari, Jaipur  302001 on 13/2/2016 at 10.00 hours under the president ship of Shri Nirmalya Mitra, President CHQ. CWC was attended by 20 Circle branches except Jharkhand and J&K. CWC was well attended as expected. President declared the house has constituted. Discussion on the following issues took place in cordial atmosphere and healthy deliberations took place on the agenda.

1.   Confirmation of the minutes of the last CWC held on 7/2/2014 at Ahmedabad.

GS read out the minutes of last CWC held on 7/2/2014 at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and same was unanimously approved.

2.   Approval of the Annual Report of the CHQ for the period from 7/2/2014 to 12/2/2016

GS read out the Biennial Report of the CHQ for the period from 7/2/2014 to 12/2/2016. Circle Secretaries requested for inclusion of names of few members who died during the period in the report and it was approved with required changes. GS told that first time CHQ has inserted some photos in the Biennial Report. Report was unanimously approved.  
                                 
3.   Approval of the audited accounts of the CHQ for the period from 7/2/2014 to 12/2/2016.

Treasurer read out the accounts of the CHQ for the period from 7/2/2014 to 12/2/2016 and audited accounts are approved.

4.   Organisational and financial review of the CHQ / Circles.

CWC took review of organization functioning of each circle. GS informed that CHQ took efforts once again to revive defunct branch of J&K, but there is no response from IP/ASPs working in that circle. He also contacted the then CS J&K and requested him to cooperate for formation of branch in the circle. GS informed that the financial position of CHQ is not so healthy. He further informed that circle branches are not prompt in remitting 40% due quota to CHQ as required vide Article 39 of our Association’s constitution.  He appealed to all Circle Secretaries to remit the CHQ quota in full and in time so that the CHQ could function effectively.

5.   Any other item with the permission of the chair.

No issues are raised by any office bearer.


S/Shri Bhupendra Parasher, Atmaram ji and their team members have made elaborate arrangements for conducting CWC in a grand success. CHQ conveys it’s sincere thanks to them as well as to all the CWC Office Bearers.
