It has been reported by CS Andhra Pradesh Circle that his Circle has dispatched copies of required APARs and other requisite information to Directorate.
Circle Secretaries of Gujarat / Haryana / North East / Odisha / Rajasthan and West Bengal Circle will give their circles report to GS through whatsApp on CHQ group. If supplementary DPC is delayed then regular DPC for 2016-17 will not be held on time, for which we will be responsible. Directorate has already issued email to the concerned circle to speed up the matter.
SIR, Till then the procedure for opening of sealed cover program e for the left out may be initiated.
ReplyDeleteIt is also requested that in my case the remark that SEXUAL HARASSMENT Complaint may not be made and instead only a complaint was made against me may be made. Every body will think that it was true and I was just exonerated by the committee. The Fact being that There was not even 1% truth in the complaint regarding sexual harassment. Think about the position of complaining misusing the provisions of sexual harassment against superior by female subordinate with intentions of black marking maliciously spoiling the future. I am already humiliated and suffered much mental agony on this. There was never sexual harassment which the complainant herself admitted but thinking to trap me she send such a complaint with ill will. All the inquiry details and complaint ,my representation everything available to prove and all in Kerala circle including the association office bearers well known about this. it was only a very mild reprimand telling to behave as per the status of a Gazetted officer when the ASP.H.Q along with IP PG shouted against the SP outside his cabin when pointed out some omissions in their work. the IP PG understood her mistake and apologized before SP before her relief from the division. on getting ASP Ad hoc. the IP PG apologized before before the SP The complaint made by the ASP.H.Q was against her conscience.
